- The most important is to give yourself a break from hearing about the pandemic situation every day. So, limit the amount of time you spend watching or reading news as well as time on social media.
- Take care of your body and mind. Do some breathing and stretching exercises. Practice meditation. If you can go for a walk, do it but make sure you follow all the physical distancing guidelines.
- Make a list of activities you would like to do. Remember that right now what we have is time so find some hobbies that you might not have tried before but always wanted to.
- Keep in contact with the people you care about. Talk with your loved ones how you feel because it helps to express or share our emotions with others. They may not be aware that you are struggling and may be glad to be able to help.
